“Listening is key.” 

I always ask, “What is the body saying? What needs to be expressed, released, and recalibrated?” 

I believe that manual techniques, such as massage, address our physicality, the tangible parts of ourselves; while energy techniques like Reiki and Polarity Therapy address the emotional and Soul aspects of our lives. Together touch therapy massage and energy healing offer “synergistic magic”, capable of integrating the whole Self.

My approach offers a gentle invitation to release tension throughout the system to unwind... 

My goal is to make each session an opportunity for deep relaxation and renewal. Time and again, clients report feeling lighter, brighter, relieved of pain, and able to take a much-needed deep breath. 

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy the stillness of sitting in nature, reading a book, dancing while listening to live music, or going off on some wild adventure with my children.
